Who is this course for?
This practical and experientially orientated workshop is for parents, grandparents and carers of young children and teenagers struggling with emotional and behavioral issues. It is also well suited to parents who would like to take the opportunity to work on their parenting skills and generally feel more confident and calm in the parenting approach.

This workshop will be facilitated through discussions, practical exercises and theory-based learning. It will also include time and opportunities to discuss and reflect on how participants learning can be implemented at home.
